Installation created a fake dvd drive G; on my hard drive from an. This drive disappeared in a couple days. Installation went smoothly and the product key worked. After research that seems to be a common problem even with legit software from official Microsoft site. Got online and tried everything I could find to fix it. My old Outlook version worked just fine. Emailed Microsoftwares support and they said to contact Microsoft support. So they bailed on me. Also, that's when I noticed that they would not refund for digital software deliveries.
