I want this to STOP. I have tried force quitting the process but initially saw forcequit wouldn't do anything. There is absolutely no way I can kill it permanantly that I've been able to find.

Thank you for getting back to me. Our main goal is to keep our customers happy. When I click in the AVG-window on the button "Fix Now" and then click Yes to let the program AVG Configuration Management Application make changes in my computer, then that program is busy for some seconds, but the problem is not solved.
I did remove AVG AntiVirus already from my computer and reinstalled it, but this did not solve the problem too. How can I fix the problem? I use: Windows 7 Home Premium, 64 bits, version 6. AVG Guru.
