The second bedroom is not en-suite however the door is right next to the room. Each chalet has its own braai facility barbeque. Two style types are available one being single storey and the other double storey. Each unit has its own veranda with Braai facilities. Each unit consists of a bedroom with lounge area and veranda. Coffee and Tea supplied.

Each unit has a private bathroom en-suite. Double beds may be requested, ps limited availability. All units have a bedroom with fridge and all needed cutlery and crockery. The kitchen is communal as well as the bathrooms. Ps, all clients may also enjoy the Hilltop restaurant however bookings are essential especially after a long day out in the bush.

Please do take note of the opening and closing gate times. Should you arrive late you will not be permitted entry. Conservation levies are payable at Hilltop Camp Reception. Please make sure that you have a print out of your reservation at the gate. Should you be staying at Hilltop Camp then it is advisable that you make use of the Memorial Gate in the northern part of the Park.

When you depart please do make sure that you have an exit permit. The exit permit will be issued at the Hilltop reception. Should you be doing self-drive safaris then it advisable that you either purchase a map or download one.

The park in total is hectares making for some amazing sightings of the wildlife that reside within. Please make sure before setting out on safari that you have adequate fuel, the park is large and with its loop roads one quickly realizes just how large. Keep an eye on the time as no one is allowed to travel within the park after dark except for KZN officials, please. The park is littered with Hides areas from where wildlife may be viewed , however before exiting one's car at either a hide or picnic area please take note that there may be wildlife in the area and caution must be taken.

All picnic areas have dedicated braai facilities. The Hluhluwe and the Imfolozi have a different look and feel. Should you be overnighting within the park and do have enough time it is advisable that you try and set enough time for either side.

The 4 bed Chalets have two bedrooms, one larger than the other, with a bathroom en suite. The second bedroom has a shower and toilet just outside its door. Each unit has its own braai barbecue There are two styles of 4 bed Chalet, single level and double story. Some are suitable for wheelchair access. All these units have the necessary basic cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils for self-catering. The 2 bed non self catering Chalets consist of a bedroom with a lounging area and veranda.

The room has a tea and coffee station and fridge. No cooking permitted in these units. Each has a private bathroom en suite. The 2 bed Rondavels Resthuts have a bedroom with a fridge and necessary cutlery and crockery.
